So I just got home from getting my wisdom teeth out. That was fun. I expected to be way more drugged up than I am, but even so, I'm a little loopy. Typing is interesting. My mouth is full of gauze, which is the most annoying part so far. And the flaming hiccups. I can't feel my chin, and my tongue is having odd sensations. All in all, a good time. I'd take pictures, but I'm sure they'd be gross.

It's also boody cold in my room. Brr...

Why is it that whenever I want to make an update for this site, nothing comes to mind? It's really a problem, you know? Stupid mind.

Actually, Knife of Dreams is out tomorrow, and I am giddy like a schoolgirl about it. I totally can't wait to get my hands on a copy and start absorbing its Jordan-y goodness.

This is the... 3rd(?) book in the Wheel of Time that I've actually had to wait for, as I started reading the series after A Crown of Swords came out. Thankfully, there is only one left after this one to wait for. Then the remaining prequels. Sigh. Why do I get myself into these things?

If you were planning on trying to talk to me tomorrow, now would be a wonderful time to change your plans, because I will ignore you completely.

Also, those it's only a few days until those vile, vile wisdom teeth get ripped from my skull. I'm both looking forward to it and dreading it. My biggest concern right now is how much of a negative effect this will have on my reading for the next week or so. And, I guess, my ability to go to work, but that's secondary.
